As the firm’s Director of Administration, Tina oversees all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations. In this role, Tina provides human resources and financial management as well as strategic support to the firm’s overall marketing initiatives, whether it be the entire company, individual attorneys, or practice areas specifically. With over 20 years of administration and marketing experience, Tina provides high level support, advice, and direction to all members. She enjoys helping solve puzzles by applying people strategies to provide success. Looking for creative ways to implement solutions, Tina finds it extremely rewarding to see successful outcomes.

Outside the office, Tina and her husband Shawn are avid backpackers and enjoy taking their motorcycle out for weekend adventures. Their Australian Cattle Dog (or Red Heeler) Lexi certainly keeps them active and busy!
