Meg Houlihan has joined the law office of Stoll Berne as an associate attorney. Her practice will focus on complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Stoll Berne, she was an associate at another Portland law firm and also had served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Morgan Christen (U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit) and the Honorable Michael Simon (U.S. District Court, District of Oregon). In 2019, she received the Oregon State Bar President’s Special Award of Appreciation for her work as a volunteer, pro bono attorney for the OSB.

She received her law degree from the Yale Law School in 2015 and received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, Political Science and History Majors, in 2010 from Gonzaga University. During law school, Meg was a teaching fellow, Trial Advocacy Team member, submissions editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review, and a member of the Environmental Protection Clinic.
