Keith Dubanevich Quoted in Law360 re Premera Blue Cross Data Breach

Keith Dubanevich was asked to comment on the recent court finding that plaintiffs had made sufficient arguments for their case to move forward.

U.S. District Court Judge Michael H. Simon found that plaintiffs had made a sufficient case that they had been misled by Premera’s statements about their privacy and data protection. “We’re pleased with the court’s ruling and looking forward to moving forward with the case,” Keith Dubanevich, one of the counsel for the plaintiff’s, said in a phone interview Friday.

The plaintiffs in the case are represented by several law firms and attorneys, including Keith Dubanevich and Steve Larson of Stoll Berne.
