As an expert in the areas of commercial real estate and related business transactions, including development, investment, and finance, Andy has earned a loyal client base that relies on him, deal after deal, to move high-profile development projects across the finish line. He advises clients in a wide range of transactions and matters, including the purchase and sale, development, investment, leasing, financing, management, and ownership of commercial properties. Having spent six years before law school in the real estate brokerage and development industry, Andy brings a multitude of viewpoints to his real estate law practice.

Andy’s practice involves office, retail, industrial, multi-family, investment, and corporate properties. He represents private and institutional real estate companies, large and small corporations, investors, advisors, developers, and owners of commercial real estate, among others.

Quiet Title Action

Cody Berne and Andy Davis represented a mortgage lending company in a quiet title action filed in Jackson County Circuit Court. The plaintiffs sought to quiet title in a residential property located in Medford, Oregon, and named the mortgage lending company in the lawsuit, even though the company had no interest in the property.

Daimler National Parts Distribution Realignment Project

Andy Davis and Ben Leedy served as lead counsel for Daimler Trucks North America LLC in the realignment of its national parts distribution network.

Quiet Title Action

Aurora Marketplace

The firm served as lead counsel for a privately-owned real estate company in its long-term financing of a stabilized eight-building office complex with 560,381 square feet of space.

Stoll Berne attorney Andy Davis served as lead counsel in connection with the sale of a 263-unit apartment complex in Portland, Oregon to the City of Portland for use as affordable housing.

The firm served as lead counsel for buyer in acquisition of downtown Portland commercial building in Chinatown historic district.

Madras Test Track

Andy Davis served as lead counsel for Daimler Truck North America LLC in its acquisition of land for a build-to-suit vehicle research and development facility, including durability track and related buildings.
