Attorney Chloe Jasper has joined the law office of Stoll Berne as an associate. She is part of the firm’s litigation team where her practice will focus on complex litigation matters including business litigation, securities litigation, and securities defense.

Chloe joins us from sunny Los Angeles, where she was most recently an associate at a national securities litigation firm. There she represented institutional investor clients in securities fraud, corporate governance, shareholder rights litigation, and appellate court matters. Additionally, Chloe served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. She received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an associate Editor for the Journal of Law Reform and a student attorney with the Worker’s Rights and Child Advocacy Clinics.
