Rob Shlachter and Tim DeJong successfully represented CrossFit, Inc. in an attempted hostile take-over by Anthos Capital, L.P. Stoll Berne prepared and filed a complaint in California state court against Anthos and related parties asserting claims for aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and intentional interference. Stoll Berne helped to negotiate a settlement that allowed CrossFit’s founder to maintain control of the company.
