Rite Aid assistant store managers sued the national pharmacy giant in federal court, alleging that they had been improperly misclassified as exempt from overtime when they performed no managerial tasks. Stoll Berne attorney Steve Larson, who had filed cases in Oregon and Washington, helped obtain a $20.9 million settlement on behalf of the nationwide class.
