Steve Larson obtained a jury verdict in favor of their client, a distributor of Traeger Pellet Grills, for breach of a distributorship agreement. The distributor alleged that Traeger had terminated the distributorship without cause, just as the exclusive sales territory it had worked to develop was primed for significant sales growth.
