Keith Dubanevich Co-Authors Chapter in Award-Winning OSB Publication

The Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) has selected Damages as the winner of its ACLEA’s Best Award of Outstanding Achievement in Publications at its annual meeting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in August 2017.

Damages was authored in 2016 by the Oregon State Bar Legal Publications and the award recognizes the commitment to publishing quality legal resources.

Stoll Berne attorney, Keith Dubanevich, was one of several authors who volunteered his time to assist in the publication of this book. Keith, and former Stoll Berne associate Nadine Gartner, authored a chapter on damages in securities cases. The chapter covers claims under both state and federal securities laws.

To assist and support Oregon attorneys as litigators and advisors, Damages was written for recent law grads and seasoned attorneys with overviews of particular practice areas or basis for money damages along with detailing the issues practicing attorneys are likely to encounter.
