Stoll Berne attorney Keith Dubanevich presented at the “Deposing the Organization” CLE sponsored by the Multnomah Bar Association.
The program was held November 28, 2017 from 3-4:30 p.m. at the World Trade Center, Mezzanine Room, 26 SW Salmon, Portland.
The presentation covered defending depositions under FRCP 30(b)(6) and ORCP 39C(6). Bringing different perspectives, along with Dubanevich, attorneys John Dunbar with Larkins Vacura Kayser LLP and Beverly Pearman with Port of Portland also spoke.
