Stoll Berne attorney Kevin Flannery has been reappointed by the Washington State Bar Association’s Board of Governors to serve another term on the WSBA’s Judicial Recommendation Committee. A litigator and former Washington Supreme Court and Oregon Supreme Court law clerk, Flannery has contributed to the committee’s work of screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for potential appointment to the Washington Supreme Court and the Washington Court of Appeals over the past three years. The committee’s recommendations are provided to the governor for consideration when filling vacancies on Washington’s appellate courts. Flannery’s service on the Judicial Recommendation Committee will now continue through 2028. Flannery is a member of both the Oregon State Bar and the Washington State Bar Association, and his practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including securities cases, class actions, and intellectual property disputes. Flannery is also part of Stoll Berne’s robust appellate practice group alongside fellow Stoll Berne attorneys and former appellate law clerks Lydia Anderson-Dana, Maddie Holmes, Erin Roycroft, and Carsen Nies.
