For this year’s Benchmark Litigation USA “40 & Under” list, two Stoll Berne attorneys have been honored with selection: Lydia Anderson-Dana and Elizabeth Bailey Kinsman. Both were recognized among the best and brightest young litigators in the United States and notably, they are the only Oregon attorneys to receive this distinction for 2025.
Each year, Benchmark Litigation identifies top young talent across the country through a strategic vetting process, which includes reviews of recent case work, evaluations from peer legal institutions, and client feedback.
Lydia joined Stoll Berne in 2018 and became a partner in 2022. She serves on the firm’s Management Committee and has earned recognition from multiple attorney ranking platforms, including Oregon Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
Elizabeth joined Stoll Berne in 2019 and is the firm’s most recent attorney to make partner. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and was recently named one of Oregon’s Rising Stars by Super Lawyers.
