Stoll Berne Elects Two New Shareholders

Stoll Berne recently elected two new shareholders, Lydia Anderson-Dana and Cody Berne

“We are thrilled to have them join the shareholders after years of dedicated service to clients and the firm. They both make excellent additions,” said Keith Dubanevich, a shareholder on the firm’s Management Committee.

Lydia Anderson-Dana 

Lydia joined the firm in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s litigation group and focuses her practice on appellate cases, elections and government law, securities and class action litigation. She has been named a Rising Star by Oregon Super Lawyers and named a Ones to Watch in The Best Lawyers in America. Anderson-Dana received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.

Cody Berne 

Cody joined the firm in 2017 as an associate and focuses his practice on representing investors who lost money because of fraud and other misconduct, class actions, and business litigation. He received the Haglund Award in 2016 from the Multnomah Bar Association and has been named in The Best Lawyers in America since 2020. Berne received his law degree from UC Davis School of Law, Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree in Politics from Pomona College.
