Attorney Anuj Shah has joined Stoll Berne as an associate on the litigation team, where he focuses on complex matters including business and securities litigation, class actions, and appellate.
He previously clerked for Justice Stephen K. Bushong on the Oregon Supreme Court, advising the court on novel state law issues. During law school, Anuj gained trial experience with the Federal Defender for the District of Oregon and the Metropolitan Public Defender and also worked with Just Futures Law and the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic on immigration and technology-related advocacy. Before law school, Anuj worked at Nike as a privacy compliance manager, helping data scientists, software engineers, and business teams apply data privacy and security regulations to consumer experiences.
Anuj holds a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, an M.S. in Privacy Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Williams College.
