Kevin Flannery has joined the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Business Litigation Section and will serve as the section’s treasurer in 2026.
Flannery has made significant contributions to Stoll Berne’s business litigation practice—working on a variety of securities-related cases, insurance recovery matters, and intellectual property disputes—since joining the firm in 2023. In addition to its robust appellate, class action, and election law practices, Stoll Berne has a long-standing complex commercial litigation practice, helping business clients navigate all kinds—and all stages—of disputes. Stoll Berne also frequently serves as local counsel when companies with existing out-of-state counsel need to appear in Oregon’s state and federal courts.
Like many of his Stoll Berne colleagues, Flannery is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington. He also serves on the Washington State Bar Association’s Judicial Recommendation Committee.
