Stoll Berne is representing an Oregon man in a lawsuit against Omaha Steaks alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
The lawsuit alleges that the defendants placed multiple automatically dialed telephone calls to cell phones without the consent of the cell phone user. Stoll Berne is working with two Louisiana law firms, Keogh, Cox & Wilson and Bohrer Law Firm. The lawsuit seeks to proceed as a nationwide class action.
