Erin is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Her practice includes securities litigation, class actions, appeals, and other complex litigation matters. She has experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. She is a member of the trial and appellate teams that represent victims of the 2020 Oregon Labor Day fires in the ongoing class action litigation against PacifiCorp. Other recent work includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex securities litigation, including a four-week jury trial in 2025 in the Northern District of California.
Erin loves to dig deep into complex issues. She diligently applies her writing, research, and analytical skills honed during years of appellate clerkships to produce high-value work product for all of her clients, no matter the size of the case.
