As a litigation legal assistant, Travis supports our litigation team in complex civil litigation matters. His wide range of experience includes drafting pleadings and correspondence, client communication, e-filing in both state and federal courts, digital file management, discovery organization, as well as case management.

Outside the office, Travis and his wife DeAnna are kept busy raising their two children Miles and Graham. In Travis’ free time, he enjoys playing drums in his band, camping, fishing, rollerblading, and eating pizza all around Portland.
We are honored that Stoll Berne's very own 'Habeas Corpse', with lead singer Tim DeJong and drummer Travis Cody, together with three other legal professionals, were crowned "Best Oregon Lawyer Band 2024" at the Multnomah Bar Association “Battle of the Lawyer Bands.”
