The upcoming Defense Practice Academy and judges reception in September 2015 will include a session: “Closing Argument, Jury Instructions, and Verdict”.
This session will explain the goals of closing arguments and jury instructions. It will include the do’s and don’ts of closing arguments and how jury instructions are selected and given. The speakers will also discuss the form of verdict and polling the jury.
