Steve provides clients with responsive, effective, and efficient solutions to complicated problems. Steve’s litigation practice focuses on complex business, securities, insurance coverage, and consumer disputes. He also regularly provides counsel to progressive causes and candidates regarding Oregon and local elections law.

He has briefed and argued appellate matters before the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Steve has also served as an arbitrator the past several years.
