UPDATE – July 31, 2018: A federal judge at the U.S. District Court in Portland, Oregon has ordered that immigration attorneys can continue to provide counsel for 80 immigrant detainees currently represented in the Sheridan, Oregon detention center. Stoll Berne attorneys Keith Ketterling and Nadia Dahab are currently working as pro bono counsel with the Innovation Law Lab and the ACLU of Oregon to give detained Oregon immigrants access to lawyers.
