A federal court has appointed Stoll Berne, led by Keith Dubanevich, as co-lead counsel in a proposed federal class action against a group of manufacturers of cedar shakes and shingles and the industry’s trade association.
A United States District Court Judge has preliminarily approved a settlement in the Premera data breach lawsuit, which arose after Premera was the target of an external criminal-cyberattack that began in May 2014 and resulted in the cyberattackers having access to personal information stored on Premera’s computer network system.
