A $2.25 million class settlement was approved by the Multnomah County (Oregon) Circuit Court on behalf of approximately 65 investors in Portland Development Group Investments, Inc. (“PDGI”). PDGI was in the business of developing luxury homes in Portland, Oregon. It sold securities to fund the development.
